Windward Heart Center and Pilates Training Center Hawaii have teamed up to provide preventative heart disease treatment, through pilates and massage.

The pioneering partnership between the Windward Heart Center and Pilates Training Center Hawaii is specifically designed with cardiac patients in mind.

Pilates Training Center Hawaii, convieniently located in the same building as Windward Heart, teaches the STOTT PILATES® method which is considered to be the "Ivy League" school of Pilates.

The studio owner, Jayme Newhouse, offers training for instructors as well as group classes, private sessions, physical therapy, and therapeutic massage.
